Tasty delicacies

I wonder if any Brit tourists ever try any of the more weird foods out in Borovets these are a few of the delicious choices from the restaurant just below the right hand side lift near Rila
1.Brain fry ... yum
2.Brain in butter...my mouth is watering
3.Chickens parsons noses??? I later found out this is the arse end of the chicken
4.hot and tasty tripe soup
5.And my personal favourite, Pig bites

met a lady on the slopes in pamps ,she had the tripe soup and loved it,I declined politely.She reckons it is like Chicken

personnally i stick to 'bambi' and wild boar, but each to their own

Also does anybody know what those animals on spits are outside a few of the restaurants I said probably lambs or goats but my mates thought whippets

"Bambi"slow roasted with a nice wild berry sauce, yummy and partial to wild boar too,skippy is not bad come to think of it ,all washed down with a nice glass of Wine

not come across 'skiipy' in boro i must admit!!! apart from the two legged lager swilling sort and dont think id want to eat them

Lamb brain roasted is the best food ever.A huuuge delicacy.A must-try.
