Taxi Transfer to Borovets

Thinking about to pre-book a taxi service to Borovets from the airport, my concern is -- would the taxi driver still come to collect me if the flight is delayed (e.g. 1-3 hours)? Any extra charges?

If I get a taxi from the airport without booking, how much more would I need to pay?

Use one of the official cab compaies from Sofia Airport both has offices there and the price was 0,59 lev per km and it will be around 75 km to Borovez.
