Hi We (2 of us without Ski's) are flying in with BA on the 19/2 landing 2pm and flying back on the 27/2 2pm depart.We are trying to arrange a taxi/tfr and are wondering if anyone else on the same flight would want to share a taxi or mini bus fare - be it one way or both.

Sorry, just noticed you arrive on Saturday at 2 pm.Probably no bus will be leaving that late...

Seems a shame as there will be no doubt a notable number of passengers on the BA flight wanting to go to Bansko.

Hey Gareth, if you can't get a some more the transfer terms I've seen was 119€ per way.Or get the train till Blagoevgrad, is running 3 times a day, just 30 minutes busride to train station from airport bus nr 78 costs 0,60 €

You can get the afternoon train should be around 5 o'clock and will be in Blagoevgrad around 21.30 .I can get you the correct times in february we will be there on the 11. and will be back at the 26.

The train seems a good idea. BE CAREFUL though, since there is a decision of the greek train company (OSE) pending, about stopping all international train routes (for cost-cutting reasons).There is a great possibility, in my opinion, that this train will not be operating in February.

Thanks Kotsos, it will be great to read some news about this. But minimum the nighttrain should be going and I'm sure the bulgarian BDZ is really interessted in holding this line...Sune
