Taxis / Shuttle buses from Chamkoria

We booked at Chamkoria Hotel on 3 Feb just bit concerned about Shuttle buses & Taxis.
Does anybody know how long they run for or cost?
I hear that tourists can get charged more if unaware so wondered what to expect?
