This is shocking - Bansko property developers are dropping their prices by 40% and the Lev might be unable to stay pegged to the Euro which will cause hyper inflation.

If the above article is true then anyone who has paid a deposit/part payment then you may as well walk away from it and buy another at Half the price.

I had no idea prices had collapsed like this E600/mtr squared furnished MAX thats a 5 star development.

Welshy, have you bouhgt in the Pirin Golf? Do you know what the price per sq/mr is now for people buying today, it would be interesting to know. I know they are now tagging on furniture and a years golf membership, which I didn't get...thinking I bought a little early and am now taking a hit!!!

Yes I bought in Pirin Golf District 1. I'm having a look at it this weekend so will be taking lots of pics. Clearly I'll be seeing what the current prices are - however having spoken to a few mortgage providers Pirin Gold Country club has barely taken any hit on valuations whereas the town has taken a knock some worse than others - as you'd expect the best win and the dross fail.
