Went to the gym again last night, did my legs for the 1st time since last week.
Ok so i couldn't bring myself to lie in a bath of iced water, but i did put the shower on as cold as it would go and ran the water over both my legs, for ages, til they were really numb. Wasn't as bad as i thought!
Wow, today wot a difference practically no tight muscles, in fact i could feel the difference in my legs within a few minutes of getting out of the shower!

Haha you're more than welcome, when my coach told me to get in this huge barrell filled with ice and water at the end of a day of training... i thought he was joking too lol - but sure enough i clenched the goods with both hands and just dunked myself in - and felt good as new when i got out :-)
