The Lodge - Borovets

Seems to be pretty new, can't find any reviews for it online but it looks pretty in the pics. What do you think?
It seems to be located right next to the Gondola station, am I right?
Would appreciate any advice,

yes it is located right beside the gondola and is a nice hotel. pricy for Borovets but then you get what you pay for. It was up for sale so not sure if it definitely opening for the season

lovely place inside, its more apartments than rooms, it is expensive and thats why it went bust, beleive its now in the hands of the 'bank' and up for sale. Booze

i am now panicking after reading this forum post.
i am due out to the lodge 28th dec and was not aware of this info.
can someone please confirm if the hotel is open or "shut".
i have just e mailed hotel but dont know when they will reply if at all??

Thanks everyone. Does seem pretty but now, comparing it to other hotels I see it's pricey as well.

VAL, I emailed the hotel w/ some questions and they did reply. Plus bulgariaski.com has an offer for it so I'm sure it's open.

It was closed last season but it is open this season and not with 'the bank' any more - so don't worry and enjoy your holiday!
