The Lodge Hotel

Can anyone advise on availabilty of accomodation and ski packages at The Lodge Hotel? Or even what the hotel is like?
We are just about to book the Rila but after browsing the web for ski hire etc we came across what looks like a little gem!
Any comments on the hotel would be helpful and how it compares to the Rila.

Hi Maria,

You can book the Lodge Hotel. It' s for sale, but is't working. Info you can find on this site ( look at the left; " Borovets ski hotels ).
Its a nice looking hotel / lodge, only 2 or 3 years old. Very good location - in the centre of Borovets, right under the gondola.
I was at the Lodge this morning ( had my skis done there ). Unfort. no snow right now. ( oh - I think it will be more expensive than the Rila hotel though). New snow expected tomorrow.

the lodge is very nice. good location near the gondola and probably one of the best hotels in Borovets. it is pricier than most I think
