The Orchard final payment

Hi,

Could anyone that has purchased an apartment in The Orchard development please tell me if they have paid their final payment yet. Could you also tell me if any compensation has been offered?
I am curious what is going on? There are obviously so many buyers involved, however i cannot seem to find what action anyone is taking on any forums.

Hi, yes i have 2 apartments in the orchard and they have been asking for final payments for the last 3 months saying they are completed. i am over in bulgaria now and they are no where near completion.
They have offered compensation just to try and get some money!!!
Looks like they are not going to be finished by the talk of people in bansko.
Hold on to your money for now!!
