All,

Have been following the correspondence from Lord Lewis and replies with different views.
Have to say it should always be remembered that the customers have a choice and can choose where to place their business. Bulgaria (Bansko) is 95% there as far as as offering a great holiday. Unfortunately the 5% gets magnified. Customers on average tell 80 friends/family about a bad experience. So my message to those working for Ulen etc is to have a zero tolerance towards this sort of thing, ...

So my message to those working for Ulen etc is to have a zero tolerance towards this sort of thing, it is not good enough to say stealing skis or anything else happens everywhere, it maydo, but a shrug of the shoulders is not good enough.

As for the specifics, if I was a manager for BH and I heard about this incident I would be furious, no way would I risk the future business of a group of 50, or the potential thousands of people they would tell.

Bulgaria is working hard to get a well deserved reputation for offering great skiing holidays, remember though people have a choice and the customer is king!

Have to totally agree with this no matter what side of the fence you sit on.
