Thomson/Crystal - getting your lift passes etc

Hi all
Can anyone who's been to Boro with Thomson/Crystal this season let me know whether you still have to go and see the rep on Sunday morning to get your lift passes and vouchers for hire etc?
Last time we were with them we did this, seems a bit daft, why don't they just dish them out on the coach transfer when you get all the other bumph about welcome meetings and the like.
Got an idea that the hubby can go and get in the queue at Borosport whilst I go and see the rep, hopefully ...
