Here's a very cheeky suggestion...
Please note, you can only do this within 7 days of being notified of the change of flight (if over 12 hours)
1. Check to see if the new dates the tour operator has offered you are still available either by travel agent or internet.
2. If it's available and it's cheaper - rebook it on the new site
3. Cancel the original booking and get all your money back as they made a major change
4. Have lots of money for extra drinking sessions with ...

And do not forget that if you cancel due to a major change you are still entitled to take any compensation that the tour operator is obliged to pay.

Oh, and if you book it on-line, you'll normally find the travel agent will match the price too.Good one eh...
Only thing is, I couldn't do it as Lunn Poly had already reconfirmed my booking as soon as I said yes. Pete, you'll have to buy the first round now
