Time Diffence

Can anybody tell me what the time difference is in Bulgaria and will it still be that in January?

ah Joe, for a wise lad you gave a foolish answer....Pumpkin was quite right to ask if the time difference varied during the year as this is true for most countries when compared to the UK. EU countries are a bit of an exception becasue they all move their clocks forward and back on the same dates - but most countries do not.
