Time difference????

Is Bulgaria 1 hour ahead or 2 hours ahead???
Its just our flight leaves @ 1630hrs and arrives 2130 local time. Flight is 4 hours?? Making a 1 hour difference. Yet the weather report says its now 1126 making a 2 hour difference. I'm confused!!!!

Looking forward to seeing any brits tomorrow!!!

Its 2 hour difference - flight's around 3 hours
