Time to introduce standards.

Boro's charm was its cheaper than other resort prices and its not bad slopes. But, as with summer resorts that start with cheap prices Boro has fallen for greed and the prices are getting higher each year. The standard of the Lifts, food, Ski hire, Police etc is still the same.

In short, it is a safer bet to spend your well earn hols in a established, regulated resort in either the US or Western Europe.


Greed is a funny old thing. Tourists are also fickle and are only too happy to ...

If there is anyone regulating this or the other two resorts then I suggest you start switching on.

Sadly there is no-one regulating it - and Ulen is as incompetent as Borosport. Tatty equipment, sullen staff, poorly marked and managed pistes, no information on weather or piste closures, no effort at queue management and simply no attempt at customer service. And for the resorts, most of the restaurants are in a poor physical state, the food is a gastronomic black hole, service generally limited to grunts, loads of hustlers and shacks selling fake tat, no street maintenance or snow & ...

And for the resorts, most of the restaurants are in a poor physical state, the food is a gastronomic black hole, service generally limited to grunts, loads of hustlers and shacks selling fake tat, no street maintenance or snow & parking management and a general sense of the wild east with thugs driving around in black 4x4's.
Suits me fine.

something has to change and fast.hope Borosport Ulen and the lot are reading this.The best way is sack everybody (staff) and ask to re-apply with interviews externally advertise the jobs on offer everybody can do that and then maybe the staff will rise the ladder abit and with it the service.But I think there is no hope of things improving in any way so vote with your feet.there are magical places where youwill be made feeling very welcome and happy.Plenty of places-list is huge(moneywise ...
