Time to ski?

Time to ski?

Hello,
I'm looking at going skiing next year and was wondering what is the best time to go?

I'm a complete begginner so I would like to go in a quiet time but at the same time want good snow.

I'm looking at a beginners package. Has anyone ever experienced one of these?

Hi, Early Jan you will find cheap, however snow cover could be a gamble, book late for this. For a more snow sure holiday Feb may be a safer bet.
Beginners packages are great value, you get to ski in small groups with everyone at the same standard. You'll have a blast

I think I'll go with Feb, any particular time in Feb?
Is there any accomadation you can recommend? There is two of us.
