Tip or Gift

Am bringing school group in March - usually give gifts to hotel staff, ski instructors etc - if we do so what is appropriate - perfume, afterhave? or would tips be appreciated more. Question

1OO% Tip.

Most staff and instructors are on a really low wage and they rely very much on decent tips from the tourists.
The amount is very much down to you, and much depends on the level of service you have received.
Difficult to advise you as a school group, but I would say 20 levs (a tenner) per adult is a reasonable tip for the instructors.

Def agree with Pete, TIPS.

Instructors can double their wages with tips, thats how little they get paid and i also know this hasn't been a great season for them.
