Hi mattie,
here are a few tips for you about this site.
1) read all of the postings on the discution bourd as some of them are funny and gives you a lot of information.( even if they are not for you)
2) On the web bar at the top of the page click on webcam then it will say that there is two cams so click on pamporovo. Then it should come up with a big pic with lots of white fluffy stuff called SNOW on it ! there are one or two each day so keep looking at it and to change the picture ...

3) On the web bar at the top again if you click on SNOW REPORT then it will come up with three grids go down to the second one and then it will say all about the snow in pamporovo. And it will say how much there is in cm at the top of the grid.
4) if you go to the home page and scroll down the side and click on pamporovo. When it comes up in orange it is, click on snezhanka(down the side again) and it tells you all about the hotel where we are going.
