Tobogganing workout

Evenin all,

Had my pre-xmas 'do' the other night which involved our boss booking us an hour at the Milton Keynes Snodome tobogganing.

Has anyone tried that?

It. Was. Knackering.
You have to walk all the way up the slope each time you want a go?!?!
Walk it! Just up the snow. no ski-lift or travelator thingy - After about 15 minutes most of us had collaped in a heap at the bottom.

I'll never complain about having to hobble up a mountain with a snowboard again!

Yup done this a few years ago. You get bloody cold and very wet. Not good trudging up that slope what is it like 1000ft to the top? Wink

Was a proper work out!

Just been informed we are having our proper xmas do in dec too - another meal in the snowdome - but no snow involved, just eating and drinking. Suppose its still good practice for when I go to Bulgaria.
