Transfers to Borovets from Sofia with Bobby's

Hi, did somebody booked transfers from Bobby's site?
I booked this week but didn't receive confirmation and wanted to know if this is ok.

I used Bobby's transfers last week and the driver was waiting for us in arrivals as booked
