Transport around Borovets

I have rented a house in Maritsa (about 15 mins from Borovets) in a few weeks time. I have been told that i will require a hire car. Does anyone know if there are any taxi companies that work out of Borovets? How do people get around to other resorts when they want to drink.Cheers, Neil.

if your staying in boro there is no need to go any where else loads of drinking holes.Did see taxi in resort wouldnt want to drive in those conditions myself.re: Transport around Borovets

there is a queue of about 20 taxis in borovets that seem to be there all night. There would be no difficulty getting a taxi home. However, I am not sure if you could phone one to take you into town.re: Transport around Borovets
Have you tried asking the people you've rented from? Failing that have a word with whoever is doing the transfer from the airport for you.You will probably be able to arrange with the same taxi driver to pick you up from your accommodation each morning to bring you into Borovets!
