Well I finally walked out of the travel agent at 7:30pm after 2 days of being messed around I'm still no closer to getting the holiday I booked and payed for (see previous converstion)
I now feel that a name and shame is in order
The agent involved is FIRST CHOICE
and just to let you know I am now not flying to bulgeria tommorow. Just as well really coz the agent didn't have my exchanged money either!!
so thank you to everyone who offered advise, I will still be getting my money ...
