Travel Insurance??

Travel Insurance??

We are travelling on the 23rd Dec with Balkan Holidays, we have received an Insurance Document through detailing what the policy covers, but there are no names on the policy to state who is covered. Has anyone travelled with Balkan and claimed for anything? Did you have documentation to say you were covered personally? Or just a general summary of the insurance? Any help would be appreciated. thanks.

I would cancel it and use insureandgo fab insurance great cover me and my 2 kids £56 for the yr thats covering us even for weekends in the uk!!

yes we have used insureandgo not claimed on it but staff very helpful and reasonable rates including medical probs etc

I claimed for piete closeure last yr and do £120 back...No worries Razz and no excess
