I will arive to Borovets 17.02. by car. It is difficalt to drive by carthis winter,because very much snow?

I assume you are renting a car.
If you arrive during the day and head towards Boro look at the weather at that precise moment.generally the road Sofia Borovets is always fine doesn't have any climbs just numerous turns .
I would confidently say that you won't need chains unless weather gets at the same time when you are traveling nasty.
Beware of cars overtaking because if there are rows of lines of snow in the middle of the road (when not cleaned) cars behave strangly.
