Travellers Cheques - Pamps

Just returned from Pamporovo - what a brilliant holiday - one draw back though ( apart from those persistent Bell Sellers), I stayed at the Malina and they don't change travellers cheques and even though they advertise Mastercard Visa etc they dont have a machine to let you get any Levs. You can change travellers cheques at the ski depot but they are not open at the weekend. Went into town and tried to get cash from the ATM in the Mugavets but it was out of service, although it was working ...

My advice is take Levs and Sterling with you and use the safety deposit box

Sam

The safe is in the reception area. I was able to get access to my valuables at any time and it's far safer than leaving stuff in the Chalet. Food is adequate, but you'll have to get the "fry up" element warmed up in the microwave.

See you there!
