Tuesday Snow - Pamporovo

The snow has begun to fall again today in Pamporovo (as predicted) and this is genuine snow, not cannon snow. It is expected to continue throughout most of today and into tomorrow with falls becoming thicker as the day goes on.

Everything in falling into place just nicely for Xmas and the indications are that the falls will be sufficent enough to allow quality skiing over the festive period.

Some longer range forecasts show temps as high as 7 degrees next week with rain! surely this cant be right??

Long range forecast are more often wrong than right. 7º is not unusual in Pamporovo and skiing in the sun makes it even better.

I wouldn't be to alarmed by them, last year we constantly saw reports of 20cm of snow to fall the following week - only to see those reports change to zero as the time approached.
