US Dollars?

US Dollars?

Hi guys, quick question...

We only have large notes in Levs just now, and so won't have suitable money for tips to driver/porters when we arrive.... but we have plenty dollars from previous US trips - would US Dollars be welcomed or just be useless ???

US would probably be useless - UK pound coins are good as they save them up and then change them for a tenner when they have enough, then change them to levs

They will take US$ in Bansko, but we were told that the exchange rate is cr*p
