NAY NAY NAY......... huge dump on the night of 21st Jan prior to my arrival.This will be followed by snow every night for 2 weeks and bright sunshine every day.

hi all. we're arranging our first snowboarding holiday for 02/01/05. could you regulars help us out by letting us know if there'll be enough snow coverage to be out everyday for the week or if we're likely to get some days when you can't snowboard. we've been told to book last minute to wait to see where the good snow is but theres 10 of us going so we want to book now. we've been looking at the samokov hotel in borovets. do you know if its any good? also if theres any tips you could give us ...

In Jan it'll be SODDING cold. Great for keeping the fluffy stuff fluffy. Snowforecast was reporting -20c during ther DAY last January!! Might be there meself on 22ndJan.Ed.
