Seemed only right to update you all as we've been following the updates ourselves.

So, having arrived here yesterday evening with nothing, no snow around the resort @ 10:15 pm we went out for dinner and it began snowing.

Woke up this morning, and it'd snowed all night.

Went up to the mountains and it'd snowed all night.

Stayed there all day and it snowed heavily all day.

As I type it's just stopped but could well continue on into the night!

So, having spoken to our excellent instructor (if you're going, request "Amy" the snowboard instructor!), she said that this snow over 24 hours will last until end of February in all likelihood now.

I cannot say just how lucky we have been and how happy I am here. It has changed everything and evidently the coach load of pissed of people yesterday to the smiling people I see around today.

Oh, and the Orlovetz is brilliant, if you are coming here you have to use the Spa facilities (all free).

I'm just off for a beer and a wander with the missus, but as I say, you have nothing to worry about certainly if you're coming in the next two weeks I would say and fingers crossed that it stays cold now too.
