I spoke to a very nice man at Thomson's today who said he will give me excess baggage to bring stuff out .....with no limit within reason if I can fax to him 2 things a) the info Carole sent and b) a letter on headed paper from someone running the appeal giving my details and that I have been asked to carry over a charitable donation.

Date of travel : 16th February
Can this be done and if so can it be done asap as they need it preferably ...

The other thing is I know there are a few others who are on the same flight who want to bring stuff over so if we shove it all under my name we can get it all over for free if we meet up beforehand.
