Im of to pamps soon and im wondering whats the situation like for vegetarian's over there.Anyone got any suggestions ? Sensible grown up answers only please-i've heard all the usaul jokes etc...Thanks
Hotel food is buffet style so you can usually get something.
Bars and cafes have extensive range and again no problem, omlettes, pastas, soups, salads etc
Italian and Chinese restaurants with the usual fare.
Bulgaria is famous for it's Salads
So you should be able to eat heartily.
We have been to Pamps several times but not in the last couple of years (back there again though on Saturday - Can't wait!). I am a vege and haven't had any problems - the food in the hotels isn't stunning but it is passable - we always stay in the Pamporovo Hotel, the food isn't hot but they did have a microwave in the restaurant last time we went so you could heat your food if you wanted to.
If you come out of the Pamporovo and turn right up the hill (the way the buses go on a morning) ...

If you come out of the Pamporovo and turn right up the hill (the way the buses go on a morning) at the top of the hill on the right there is a fab local restaurant - can't remember it's name though - think it begins with a 'C' - big help that - sorry. They serve really good food at a very reasonable price and they will convert any dish they can into a vegetarian dish if you ask them. A live local band was playing there last time we visited - it was great fun.
It's a great resort - the people are wonderful - enjoy!
