Vegetarians in Pamps

Less than 3 weeks till we go and I really can't wait - been testing out the new boots on the local dry slope but am dreaming of snow :-)

We are off to the Perelik on the 28th Jan and there are 6 of us going. One of my friends is a vegetarian though and with all the discussions about Lamb, does anyone know if there is much or any vegetarian choice/resturants in pamps?

re: Vegetarians in Pamps

Made friends with a girl in Pamps last year who was a veggie, she said that she'd had plenty of choice although the Menu is heavily Meat orientated. We even went on the Bulgarian night where they made up a special Veggie Kebab for her... she did have to until evrybody else had eaten though, but at least she never went hungry.
Very Happy

The Perelik menu was meat orientated. Though there were vegetables and a salad bar with various dishes to choose from.

Only back a week am also vegetarian, your friend should have no problem with eating if they are willing to try the local cuisine, unlike my two meat eating friends who are strictly of the meat and two veg variety won't eat anything they can't spell, I had no problems with food and was also accomodated for at the Bulgarian feast, theres also a pretty good Italian restaurant in the Hotel Perelik and the Bulgarian Barbeque in the Murgavets although very meat orientated has plenty of choice for ...

Enjoy. If not its only one week out of your life, you will enjoy the boarding/ski!!! Very Happy
