Can anyone tell how well Borovets caters for the vegetarians amongst us(the one I know does eat fish though) I presume fish is well catered out there.

Lots of salads most hotels do one fish dish a night, but al their food is generally organic and very healthy, they do lots of pototoe dishes - they wont starve
