Visiting Bankso/Pamparova

Planning to visit in late March for a long weekend has anyone been around that time? Whats the skiing like? We're just beginners,but still obviously wanna get decent runs! Also any recommendations for accomodation in Bansko? Would like to visit Pamparova for a day is there easiley accessable transport? Oh and talking of transport I am coming from Scotland so any recommendations on flights would be great and transfers to the resorts from sofia....presumably thats the best one to fly ...
