Visiting Chepelare

Going to Pamps again on 7th Feb. Each year I want to visit Chepelare, but never get round to, since have been very lucky with snow each visit, so stayed in Pamps skiing. This year snow sounds a bit iffy! so may be the year to visit. If there in daytime, by taxi? can anyone recommend a good traditional Bulgarian restaurant for lunchtime. And any ideas how much a taxi should cost to get there?
