Any experience with Vitosha? Wanna go there in janury. I read article about overcrowded slopes with old lifts Sad

Vitosha is more a resort for locals and from what I know it does get very busy at weekends due to its closeness to Sofia.

its a small mountain compared with rest. Great to go there after work for a couple of hours, but not too much choice there. Weather tens to be more windy than the rest of the resorts. I would go only if I had some other job to do in Sofia
