Yes - bit controversial - but hear me out......
95% of the postings are about snow..... snow forecasts, current snow conditions, new snow, melting snow, no snow, yellow snow....you name it - it's here!
I happen to think that chatting about this topic is the lifeblood of the board - take it away with reports about serious and actual conditions and the board may as well just be an adjunct of metheck or snow-forecast.
The best snow reports are those from people WHO HAVE JUST RETURNED from ...

Bores the pants off of me. If it snows it snows. if there ain't no snow when you get there ain't nothing you can do about it. So why waste effort and time worrying about it before you go. re: WE DON'T NEED ACCURATE SNOW NEWS!!
can i just say that i only found this site a few weeks ago and enjoy all the banter but i like the snow reports or lack of it only 2 more sleeps before i go

We are going pamporovo on Sat 6th but my boyfriend has a broken Jaw does anyone know if he can rent a helmet with face and chin support out there?re: WE DON'T NEED ACCURATE SNOW NEWS!!
Would NEVER rent a helmet as you never know what condition they are in.Buy one, it's much safer.
