WHATS HAPPENING?

pete has the layout on the board changed.cant get any postings except front page

Every time someone replies to a thread the message goes to the top, new system, taking some getting used too.
In Yorkshire we've sometimes been heard to say, "If it wont broke why try n fix it"

Yes - due to popular demand, every time a post is answered it goes back to the top. This means the most recent posts are always in view. It does mean however, if a post is not answered it will very quickly drop off the front page.

Loads asked for this so I changed it - now there are others who say they prefer the old system.

Is there a way of editing out the 'I'm gonna get sloshed wiv me mates innit yay' occasionally to reduce the size of threads and keep the pertinent information?

Have to be honest pete, i liked it better the old way but then again, maybe once everybodys got used to checking back through the older messages it'll flow a bit better.
Still a top notch web site tho mate.

think its because some of the threads have got soooo long !!!!!! I'm getting a bit bored having to look through pages and pages of stuff to find anything

We are working on collaping the threads so as to get more on the front page.

I have to say I prefer the new style, but it would be sooooo much better when the threads get collapsed
