Walkie-talkies are great and ideal for taking with you. we use them all the time so we can keep in touch and its free!! I wouldnt buy ones that are really cheep cos they will be rubbish but that said dont spend too much. Places like argos do sets for around £30 or go to an electronics dealer like maplin. make sure they are on 446 megs so they will be licence exempt. the only problem i had with them is i had one in my pocket with my Rila room key card while skiing and it erased the card so put in a different pocket.
