Hi,
Unfortunately Due to a major set back for us in the UK we are having to pull out of our 2 Studio appartments(next door to each other) The complex has been awarded Act 16 and we were due to complete in the next month or so.
Our contracts say if we pull out we lose 20% which we agree is very fair.
I wondered if anyone would be intrested in buying them off us before they get handed back. The developers price has gone up since we bought. The prices we payed, One is 29000Euros and ...

It is in Pamporovo near the New Ski Lift.
