We want last Years Instructor

Hi all,
Going out to Boro next Sat, Yippee!
Last year we had an ace instructor, Seiko (pronounced as the watch Co)
Is there any way we can get the same guy again?
He really made the holiday for us.
Does anyone else know of him?
