Weather update 14/12

To be honest not a lot to say except that is is going to get even colder over the coming week and for the next 7 days, snow, snow and snow !

The next 48 hours things will not be as cold as it has been but that is only temporary as by mid week it is going to be exremely cold with a fair amount of snow.

A low pressure system will pass through the Med and this in turn will pick up moisture. As the system moves, the moisture will hit the cold air that is being driven down from central siberia and dump it all over BG !

Anyway, nothing to worry about at the moment, so sit back and enjoy the web cams until you get close to your departure date....and WAIT !

re: Weather update 14/12

Hi Mark,

We are a family of beginner skiiers looking at coming for XMas at Borovtiz. Is there good snow there now, and do you think it will be good skiing over Christmas? Our children are young from 3 to 7 years old so we want to make sure the lower beginner slopes are open. Also do you have any recommendations for accommodation (child friendly aswell with maybe a pool and extra activities for the kids as they won't last too long in the snow each day). Any advise would be very much ...
