The weather in Borovets is going to be warm, more than likely above freezing in the resort itself, up until about Tuesday or Wednesday.
From Tues/Wed, the temperatures are going drop for the rest of the week below freezing and getting very cold towards the end of the week.
As for snow, well its difficult to predict where the freezing level is and what will fall as snow or rain. It is fairly safe to say that there is going to be a big dump on Wednesday and that will include the resort ...

Top of the gondola area will have snow from about Friday onwards and continue on and off until Thursday. There is a lot of unsettled weather coming in over the next 7 days that can only produce a fair bit of 'wet stuff', be it rain or snow
