Still too early to be giving snow forecasts really, but just to put things into perspective a little!
Things are looking very wet and unsettled well into next week, but temperatures are going to remain quite high so this weather activity is not going to produce much in in the respect of snow and if any is produced, then it probably wont be sustained.
Of course things could change, as often they do, but I am sure it wont be far from whats I've predicted.
We have just had a snow alert for Bansko, Tuesday night, moderate fall on the mountain with temperatures around -3
The long range for November is also predicting low temps ?? all in the hands of the snow gods i suppose
From the data that I look at, temperatures are going to dip below freezing for a short while at the end of the week with little or no rain/snow. As for the rest of the month, naturally things can change rapidly, but it is not looking too cold with temperatures reaching horribly high by mid month.
Its raining in Bansko at the moment, heavily...
Temps in the town around 10 degrees, so will be around 3-4 up the mountain, temps should drop tonight, so we will see ???
Hi Mark, weather today is bright and sunny, temp 10 degrees. My village is a bit lower than Pamps but it looks as tho is will be sunshine for us all for the coming week with temps rising to about 16 degrees.
BTW do you know Nigel IOW (he is in your area) or Ben I.O.W - you could start the Isle of Wight mutual skiing society lol.
