Webcam Pamporovo

Oh no! The webcam's not working at all now. All I can see is a snowy picture. Whats happening? I have been following the pictures keenly ever since I booked to go to Pamporovo with the family on the 18th Jan. Now I cant see what the conditions are. Hope someones going to sort it out soon. Crying
