Webcam in Pamporovo

Hi All, the season is getting close. Just a quick note to keep you all up to date with the webcam in Pamporovo. The unit is situated in the Snowshack facing the Malina Ski area. The guys ( Gary and Ted ) will set the camera up as soon as they arrive. They are delayed at the moment due to car trouble but as soon as it is up and running you can all check out whats happening at your favourite resort.
Just a note for all that are not sure about webcams, tehy cost money to run! We cover the cost ...

Just a note for all that are not sure about webcams, tehy cost money to run! We cover the cost of this completely. If anyone is not happy about the webcam or the fact that the Snowshack is promoted then please keep your opinion to yourself. If there is a majority of people that are not happy about our presence ot this site we will stop the free service that we offer you. Sorry to sound harsh but we had many problems in the summer regarding the Happy Duck in sunny beach where we were the only people to provide a webcam. Any problems, Sorry!

re: Webcam in Pamporovo

It's out of your control if things go wrong so we should all just be grateful for what we get. If it wasn't for you guys, we'd have no hope of seeing what's going on.

What delicacies are on the shopping list for Pamps travellers this year - last year was Creme Eggs and Jelly...

re: Webcam in Pamporovo

At the moment there is no snow and it doesn't look good for the next couple of weeks. When there is enough snow to get the pistes open i will post. I won't post if it's just a snowfall as this is usually a false alarm. There needs to be at least 25 - 30 cm to be able to run the piste machines.

re: Webcam in Pamporovo

Hi Jarrad, sorry but no snow at the moment. There was a halfpipe last year and they will build it again once there is enough snow. It was about 150 meters long.
Cheers
