Webcam question??

Why is it that there is now only 1 webcam for Bansko and thats in the middle of town??

To summarise supposedly the NUMBER 1 bulgarian ski website.

1. Bankso webcam not even on the resort but in the town watching the people go by
2. Borovets webcam showing an image from months ago and the other ones are a link to an external website
3. One webcam in Pamporovo when there are plenty of others out there an doesnt reall yshow any runs. what happened to the one outside the snowshack?

The snowshack cam was run via a mobile phone link by Gary and Steve. This had become quite a difficult link to sustain and therefore it was removed. Not sure if it will be back for this season so we'll have to wait and see.

Strange you should ask this question Muffy as tonight I emailed my contacts at BulgariaSki on this very subject. I will post their reply as soon as I get it.

The one at the WH is from Bulgariaski, so as soon as the electric is on, it will be switched on and should be live on this site....we will probably face it towards the gondola, not the nursery slope as there is already one facing that way but we will wait and see what they want us to do...

And this is the link for our own live camera in Borovets, based at the bottom of the Rila Black in the `Malina', looking at the Sitnyakovo chair and the slope... Log in as `guest', no password
