When in Bulgaria, IMO, you should avoid using the horse and cart taxis. The chances of them being insured are zero and your hol. insurance wont cover you for travelling in uninsured vehicles.

Ah! Cement mixers and horse drawn carts - I would wish to ague with either of them to be honest!

The Borovets camera still seems to be in action showing the slow melt and the grass getting greener as each day passes. The Pamps one is usuaally taken down and installed in the Hapy Duck, Sunny Beach for the summer season.
