Hi there Pete welcome back 
You have been missed while you were away.
Read your report which was very honest and factual but then I wouldn't have expected anything less. Its sad to hear that things could seriously decline if they are not careful. Lets hope the people that can make the necessary changes or they could have a lot of empty hotel rooms in a few years which will be not good for the locals.
On the upside it wsa great to hear that there is so much snow
as we only have 6 ...
