Bulgaria Ski discussion board

Last time I was in pamps was Feb 2007 up till then had only been to Pamps, although for a total of 5 times. If I had come onto this site site now because of admin banter (or what ever people want to call it) I might of thought twice and missed the best times of my life. Admittingly now I would always wait to till last minute before I would book, but that would be for anywhere in BG, and because I would really like to ski on my winter break. Dec 2007 we went to Banff and are going again this Feb this only because it's a special year, I did nothing for my 50th last year due to hubby on 4 day week, and in June 2010 we will have been married 30 years (got t shirt and medal) and can't ski most places in June(except southern hemisphere and very dear) Love the variety of runs in Canada and different style of night times. However BG is still the most affordable ski holiday on the net I have priced up for us (don't have a great choice from newcastle unless go to manchaester which adds to cost). March 2009 went on last minute to Borovets know what situ on this board is, love Pamps hate Boro, number of people/friends in Pamps who told us we wouldn't like Boro (I don't have enough fingers) well, I can say loved Boro even tho I love Pamps, runs and night life/ which leaves me torn all we need to do is Bansko so we can do full comparison. Boro and Pamps are different but both have there own appeal, so imagine Bansko will be same. All I can say to those who are booked go and enjoy what ever resort you are going to, and keep open mind as not good this year uptil now snow wise. And after all we visit this site because we love BG what ever resort you go to or return too. I for one will return to BG whatever resort I go to because I love the country,people and friendliness of the places I have visited and also to those I meet there, know this can be in other countries, but there are no sites like this for the other countries which also makes this site "special" so you can arrange meets and become friends before you hit the resort. I would like this site to carry on giving useful, helpful advise to those who want to visit BG like it did for me when I first visited without the hateful comments that are becoming more and more and taking away from useful comments and advise which could be expected from here.
Long live BG what ever resort people prefer and hopefully we could have a climit change and be able pre book a year ahead for the most enjoyable country to ski in whatever resort people choose/love.
